Who should attend a Little Soldiers First Aid course?
Our courses are aimed at anyone caring for a baby or child who would like to know how to help in an emergency, who do not wish to be Ofsted registered.
Parents, expectant parents, grandparents, aunties, uncles, NCT/ antenatal groups- all are welcome!
Little Soldiers First Aid also provides courses for the Marlborough and District NCT Branch. Follow the link for more information and upcoming course dates.
Whilst we do not offer an accredited qualification, a Certificate of Attendance can be provided if required.
Courses
Little Soldiers First Aid courses can be provided for individuals, couples or groups of up to 10 people.
We will come to you as we believe a relaxed, homely environment is a great place to learn so we recommend a ‘host’ providing the venue. Alternatively, we can recommend and organise local venues to suit your group (though this may incur a small extra cost).

Course Content
Whilst including the aspects we deem to be essential, we will structure the course to suit the group and the content can be modified to meet your needs. We will cover the first aid techniques for babies (0-1 year) and Children (1-12 years). The course will run for 3 hours and can be booked for daytime or evening sessions. Please mention any additional needs or requests upon booking the course.
The course will cover:
* Unresponsive baby and child
* Choking baby and child
* Raised temperatures & febrile convulsions
* Meningitis
* Burns
* Minor Injuries
